RE4MER Training

RE4MER stands for holistic, modern Reformer training that combines strength, flexibility, stability and body awareness. You train in small groups, receive personal guidance and benefit from clearly structured lessons with noticeable effects – regardless of your current fitness level.

The training is based on controlled, flowing movements on the Reformer and combines functional strength training with mobilisation, coordination and conscious breathing. The goal is not to become ‘higher, faster, further’, but to become stronger, more flexible and more balanced in the long term.

Getting started with training
RE4MER Basic
Ideal for beginners and for a conscious return to training. You will learn the basics of Reformer training, how to perform the exercises correctly and how to use the equipment safely. The focus is on technique, body awareness and building a stable foundation.

RE4MER Classic
A balanced full-body workout that combines strength, flexibility and control. Perfect for regular training and a challenging yet easily controllable workout.

RE4MER Power
For advanced users. Increased intensity and dynamics as well as challenging exercise sequences require strength and control. The focus is on muscle building, stability and performance.

RE4MER Cardio
The pulse-focused Reformer workout. More dynamic, fluid and intense than Classic. Ideal for improving endurance, burning calories and providing new training stimuli.

Trial training
We recommend booking an introductory training session. During this session, the equipment and training concept will be explained to you. You will fill out a health questionnaire and complete a 35-minute Reformer training session for CHF 11.00.

Groups
At RE4MER, you have the option of training alone, in pairs or in small groups. Depending on availability, joint training is also possible. Group size is limited to a maximum of 10 people. Private training for individuals or closed groups is available on request.

Drinks
Free magnesium water is available.

Registration
You can register via the RE4MER website or the RE4MER app.

Training for every fitness level with a clearly structured progression. The training is healthy, effective and sustainable, without any pressure to perform.
