With their gelateria, which opened in 2021, the ‘Artisti del Cioccolato’ from nobile prove that they also excel in the art of gelato mastery. Their aim is clear and ambitious: to create the best possible gelato based on the three main criteria of flavour, creaminess and purity - using only the best, sustainable ingredients with a designation of origin.
