The multifunctional restaurant offers a cheerful and uncomplicated gastronomic experience. The cuisine is fresh, light and seasonal. The varied menu is based on the season - in summer with a Mediterranean influence, in winter with a Swiss influence - and is predominantly based on regional products. The wine selection complements the culinary experience, with particular emphasis on regionality in the cellar, for example with Grenchen red and white wines from the Bachtelen vineyard.
