River cruise at the Aare

The almost three-hour Aare boat trip is a special experience. The trip between the baroque city of Solothurn and the bilingual city of Biel/Bienne is considered the most beautiful river cruise in Switzerland. The Aare river cruise features storks in Altreu, the historic town of Büren an der Aare and an impressive lock ride in Port. While guests enjoy the idyllic view of the Jura chain, the ship's crew serves breakfast, lunch and regional specialties.

Bicycles: If passenger numbers and space permit, BSG is happy to take bicycles on board. Unfortunately, no reservations can be made for bicycle transport. Baby carriages and wheelchairs have priority over bicycles when passenger numbers are high.
